Aruun

I've recently had the pleasure of working on this portrait for a private D&D character commission: meet Aruun, the autumn eladrin space sorcerer!
Judging by the rest of my portfolio, you can probably tell how much I enjoyed painting this piece: it has shiny gold and pretty stars and a contemplative elf and warm light and lots of opportunities to have fun with lost edges and brushstrokes (which I obviously jumped on -- the opportunities, not the brushes. Jumping on brushes is rarely a good idea.)
