Warm Embrace

Edit: now with shiny circles!

Personal piece between commercial work. I recently had to paint lots of things with CMYK-friendly colours recently, which was great, but I missed saturated reds and oranges :)

...which is why I went overboard with warm colours. And lost edges. And brushwork. And more lost edges.
Also, deep down we all know that there's a clear lack of quiet scenes and couples hugging in fantasy art, because slaying dragons is nice and all, but hugs are pretty cool too. So here's a hug. You're welcome.
